Acorn Care Services receives client referrals exclusively through Case Management Entities (CMEs) in the Portland Metro and Willamette Valley of Oregon, U.S.A.
We provide safe, accessible community living supports and access to community services.
ACTIVITIES
Activities
Acorn provides quality one-on-one support of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL), mobility and transportation. We work at a client's home and in the community, in accordance with our clients' desired outcomes as described in services agreements.
We offer opportunities for accessible excursionary activities big and small. We specialize in providing Direct Support Professionals with experience in music, the arts, science and related disciplines.
We run regular rock hounding expeditions at mineralogical sites in Oregon from May to October. Not for the faint-hearted, some trips include overnight camping, for those who have those skills or are willing to learn.
